The knife history led Paul Savinel to design new Sambonet steak knives. The silhouette of Sirloin is subtle and refined as well as its cutting performance, suitable for sophisticated and gourmet cuisine, as well as a table knife. The handles are available in two different finishes: natural inserts of maple wood or noble resin which, in color and nuances, reminds the sophistication of ivory. Sirloin's quality is also reflected in its forged blades, characterized by extremely thin edge and made of a special molybdenum and vanadium alloy that ensure precise and durable over time cutting performances. Knives represent the point of encounter between the company's professional expertise and the designer's and Centro Stile Sambonet stylistic research.
