Sambonet Paderno Industrie with Eataly at the EXPO

Face to face with the top 14 regional restaurants that opened the Eataly restaurant venue at the Expo. From Piedmont with its “ravioli al torcione” to “frico” from Friulli. From “Chitarra con pallottine” pasta from Abruzzo to numerous other delicacies. Everyday, Italy’s best chefs propose their regional menus to visitors. The daily foray in the kitchen includes these professionals at work, using Paderno equipment and the serving their signature dishes.
